During transport, air bubbles may collect at the bottom of the ink bags. If these bubbles reach the print head, they can cause ink dropouts during printing.
Recommendation
Before installing the print head:
- Hold the print head with both hands.
- Tilt it approximately 20° with the nozzles facing downward.
- Gently shake it once.
This allows any trapped air bubbles to move to the upper part of the ink bag, away from the ink supply. Afterwards, bleed the print head as usual and perform a nozzle test before printing.
