You need:
- 2 mm allen key / hex key
- USB mouse
- hdmi-cable
- monitor / tv
Step 1:
Make sure that your printer is shut down. Make also sure that your WIFI dongle (black thing next to the USB port) is connected.
Step 2:
Loose the six hex screws on top of the sled and open up the sled case:
Step 3:
Connect your USB mouse to one of the provided USB ports. That can be also the one which you usually use for the USB drive. Connect your HDMI cable to the HDMI port of the Intel NUC:
Step 4:
Turn on your printer like usual. After a few seconds you should see the Windows boot screen. You'll notice that Windows doesn't boot completely but will show you a popup which is offering you to connect your printer to the beautiful world of Microsoft Windows. We don't need that. Please click on "Skip for now" (left bottom corner).
Step 5:
You should see the regular Windows Desktop now. After a few more seconds your wifi connection should be established and visible again to your tablet an other wifi devices.
Step 6:
You're devices are able to connect to your wallPen printer again? Great! Please remove the HDMI cable carefully from the HDMI port of the Intel NUC. Cover the sled and tighten the 6 hex screws.
